Portfolio
The works I have included in my portfolio explore my experience as an Asian American, reflecting on identity, cultural histories, and contemporary American society. Art serves as a means for me to navigate questions about existence and the embodiment of memories. Influenced by surrealism, folktales, and the creativity of media that I grew up with, my work embraces a unique perspective. I have studied art for many years and earned five Scholastic Art Competition awards. These pieces, along with other works, have been featured in the Bryant Library’s digital art gallery and on the Roslyn High School’s website from 2022 to 2024. These exhibits highlight my ongoing artistic journey and dedication to storytelling through visual expression.
